We choose to be a catalyst and conduit for improving the fabric of our community.

Who We Are

We help generosity take root in the New Richmond area through donors’ charitable gifts and passion to make an impact today and in the future.  We work as a partner and a conduit to address issues impacting our community and the region. We accomplish this through grant-making to support the important work of nonprofits and projects serving the people of New Richmond.

Be the Spark

Leave a Legacy

Imagine creating a lasting impact on a community you love—one that will continue to strengthen New Richmond not just today, but 20, 50, or even 100 years from now.

By including the New Richmond Area Community Foundation in your estate plans, you can ensure that your values live on and that future generations benefit from your generosity. Legacy gifts allow you to support the causes you care about while providing long-term stability for our community.

Our mission has always been rooted in community—bringing together passion, commitment, and thoughtful stewardship. Through planned giving, your investment is carefully managed to respond to today’s needs while building resources for tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.

It takes all of us—through leadership, participation, and meaningful contributions—to help New Richmond thrive. A legacy gift is one of the most powerful ways you can shape the future of the place you call home.

If you’re going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can’t be erased. – Maya Angelou

Message on Racism

Racism, hatred, and the fear of “others” are destructive forces that can infect communities of any size. As a white-led organization, we must begin by listening to what black, brown, and indigenous people are saying. We must examine our unconscious biases and systems that contribute to inequality and racism.

New Richmond has a long history of caring for its residents. Now is the time for us to come together, speak out against racism and hatred, and assure that our community is a place where we cherish and value the lives of everyone.

Tell us your ideas of how we move forward together.

“I wish I could say that racism and prejudice were only distant memories. We must dissent from the indifference. We must dissent from the apathy. We must dissent from the fear, the hatred and the mistrust…We must dissent because America can do better, because America has no choice but to do better.”
― Thurgood Marshall
